Name/Title
Broomfield Depot, c. 1960Entry/Object ID
2022.0.149Description
Colored photograph of the Broomfield Train Depot at its original location with tracks visible in foreground. White clapboard building with dark green trim visible behind Depot, appears to be Jones Hall (cross-referenced with other photos). Red roofed building and blue 1950s camping trailer is visible behind Depot.
Jones Hall burned down in 1972, so this photo is before then. Building is painted purple-red/maroon, possibly making this photo fairly old as the building was painted yellow when moved in 1976. Modern print on Fujichrome Professional Paper, not an original, but likely made from a negative.
Reverse side blank. Originally found matted and backed by foam core wrapped in shrink wrap. Matt board had the signature "Richard F. Lind" at bottom right corner. Photo removed for storage and matt board and foam core were disposed.Photograph Details
