Description

Fabric bands with metal hooks on both ends. Used by military personnel to keep their trouser cuffs rolled up to the top of their boots. Usually used with dress uniform. The bands are wrapped around a paper card that reads, "The original grip flex hook on boot band." Grip-Flex Corp. Pat. No. 2,760,330. The paper card measures 4" (w) x 3" (l).
