Description

Card with 12 size 14 buttons sewn on. There is a woman wearing a red hat with a flower in the upper left corner. Text across the bottom says "the talk of the town." There is a three inch ruler on the back of the card and text says "HANDY RULE FOR MENDING." According to the Muscatine History and Industry Center, which houses the Pearl Button Museum, these buttons date betweem 1900 and 1930.
