This is a 1928 Horsman Baby Dimples doll with composition flange head and partial composition limbs on a cloth body. The doll has molded painted hair, sleep eyes, and an open smiling mouth. The doll is marked: E.I.H. © CO. INC. The doll is in very poor condition, with legs that are peeling, water damage, and a previous infestation.
