Items are Color Slide Film tabs for a projector. The film pieces themselves are surrounded by a white border, which is marked with red instructions on how to properly insert the slides into a projector. On the back of certain slides are the month and year that they were taken, and written on each one in pencil is a unique number.
Listed below is a description of each slide:
1) February 1978 - two construction workers dig in the ground to place a structure that could be part of the base of the old Broomfield Wastewater Treatment Plant
2) November 1978 - a computer or device that contains multiple buttons and switches, likely for the regulation of the plant through a control panel
3) December 1977 - the construction crew works on a piece of land surrounding a hole that they have dug, there is an vehicle present in the background, and a crane appears to be lifting something into the hole
4) November 1977 - a great open land with an enclosed piece of land, a backhoe is digging up part of the enclosed area
5) February 1978 - the same open land as slide 4, this slide shows much more development, including a few buildings and a foundation being created
6) December 1977 - crew workers are about to pour cement into a piece of dug-up land that has been charted out with gridding
7) December 1977 - a building and an adjacent hole that has some material being laid out (maybe a wooden wall) underneath the building
8) November 1977 - a worker places a bucket next to a wall foundation
9) December 1977 - the start of constructing the base of the plant, showing how workers are dividing the space in the ground into grids and laying down some pieces of wood
10) November 1977 - the development of the plant, including the construction crew working on creating a solid base by pouring rock into the gridded land
11) November 1977 - more development of the plant, showing the wall foundation being progressed by the workers
12) November 1978 - a partial view of the control panel from slide 2 but expanded to view the whole facility/warehouse, which might've house materials used for building the plant
13) December 1977 - a few people are working around a couple buildings and an area that has been dug out, a firetruck-like construction vehicle with a crane has an object on its back that might be used for pouring a substance, the object is locked in place with parts of the vehicle extending into the ground on both sides to create stability
14) November 1977 - more plant development, including a piece of land enclosed by a nearly-completed base and wall structures
15) November 1978 - an outside view of land under construction, with a set of walls and a buildingCollection
