The cut glass bowl has a stem that ends in a round base with scalloped edges. There is text standing up in topography embossed on the base of the bowl that reads, "WESTMORELAND GLASS COMPANY 1984" The bowl measures 4" (h) x 4.5" (dia). The set of 6 miniature, clear, cut glass punch cups each has a handle on one side. Each cup measures 1" (h) x 2" (w) x 1.5" (l).
