Booklet titled, "Burlington Lines Rules and Instructions for Operation of Highway Motor Vehicles in Company Service" for the Burlington Route. It includes rules and safety guidelines for driving company automobiles. The book belonged to James E. Hutchison, an employee of the Colorado and Southern Railway Company as a telegrapher and relief agent. He was trained by Clarence Vaughn, an agent at the Broomfield train depot. Hutchison's name is written in ink in the upper left corner of the inside cover. The inside cover page is stamped with the date August 1, 1946.
