The notice is for all railway employees, reciting all of section 2 of the Railway Labor Act as it was amended on June 21, 1934, as well as Public Law 914, as it was approved by the 81st US Congress on January 10, 1951. The reverse side of the notice has an address label for the Freight Agent of C&S Railway in Broomfield, Colorado, and postage stamps.

Custodial History: Originally used and posted in the Broomfield depot's station agent office and/or baggage area while the depot was still in use by Colorado and Southern Railway Company. All posters in the depot were later removed and put in the Broomfield Historical Society's collections after the depot was relocated from 1975 to 1976.
