This is a Black and White modern photo of the Huddart home. Joe Huddart came to the area in 1924 and purchased the former Broomfield Bank building at 790 w 120th street, across from this home, and named it the Broomfield Lumber company. His company furnished much of the lumber used to construct the homes in this area for many years.
