An International Association of Fire Chiefs, Inc. membership card for Chief Milton Mulligan. 1964. The card is 2" x 3.5", yellow, with a red Association seal in the upper left corner of the front. Mulligan is certified as the Chief of West Adams Fire Department in Broomfield, Colorado, Missouri Valley Division. Mulligan has a signature on the front, along with the Association Treasurer and Secretary's signatures on the front and back.
