A handwritten note on envelope, addressed to Miles Crawford, was found inside the book. the note is filed in the 1987.15 Accession folder.
Note says:
"Used in one room grade school location at 112 and Pierce in Jefferson County. School was first known as the Dry Creek Valley School named after a stop 1/2 west on 112th Denver & Interurban Electric line."
