This is an red ribbon award that has faded to "orange" in color. The top is hemmed and there is a safety pin on the back. The text is gold and reads, "Second Prize Crescent Grange and Community Fair, Broomfield Colorado, Sept. 18,19,1954. The ribbon measures 6.5" (h) x 1.5" (w).
