Description
One ladies' black velvet hat has a raised brim that is covered with alternating rows of criss-cross sequins and black straw. The crown of the hat is surrounded by a large black plume (feather). The top of the crown has a crochet flower trimmed with sequins and with a center of black beads. Inside is lined with black silk and the back of the hat is decorated with a black velvet bow.
