One cockade fan formed by two black handles joined together at one end by circular pieces. The handles and circles are covered in black paper textured to look like leather. There is a silver border around circles with two pins inserted through to join them; the handles have metal caps at the end and when opened, the completely fluted black fan forms a circle.
