One roughly-hewn wooden stone mason's mallet complete with square head attached to a cylindrical handle via mortise and tenon. Handle goes through the middle of the head and protrudes slightly out of the top. Mallet is very worn from repeated and prolonged use and also exhibits signs of previous insect damage.
