On back the inscription reads: "The Chaudiere Falls in winter, Ottawa."/ Tentative identification from a post card and dated 1908, showing some variation in detail but identical in proportions. This picture is given to Miss Evelyn Taylor by AnneMarie Chaplin curator of the Bytown Museum not only in gratitude for her many years of work for the historical society of Ottawa, (most prominently in leading the history group) but with affection and respect for a supportive friend.
