One colored, halftone, company-made, private postcard depicting two small replicas of hand-drawn pictures on the front - Parliament Hill (pre-1916) to viewer's left, picture of stove works at viewers right. A full-colour Canadian coat of arms is between the two pictures. On the back is an illustration of an upright cast iron stove, to the viewers left. An elaborate gold border surrounds the image, and carries over to where the stamp would be placed. The card was never used. Printed on front: "PARLIAMENT B'LD'GS / STOVE WORKS / C.S.C. / OTTAWA, / C.S.C. / CANADA.".
