Description

One rectangular brass plaque that was attached to wall by four gold colored screws, one in each corner. There are four lines framing the writing on the plaque. Letters are filled with colored enamel, most of them black, but on 6 major words the 1st letters are in red, every letter is intact. The inscription reads "John R. Booth became a founder of this hospital by a donation of ten thousand dollars June 22nd 1903".
