One black and white, engraving print of a young Queen Victoria, framed by an oval border and displayed in a gold-painted decorative wood and plaster frame. The print depicts Queen Victoria circa 1840s in a ball gown, her arms crossed, complete with a sash across her shoulder, shown in 3/4 profile. Her hair is set in a bun at the back, enclosed by a small coronette, complete with looped braids at the sides. The portrait is enclosed in an oval decorated with a beaded design and surrounded by a pattern of semi-circular beaded scallops and a repeating floral design. The oval is topped with the arms of Great Britain. The frame has raised plaster decoration on all corners, the top corners having additional raised roses and vines. The frame is also topped with a raised plaster design of a vase and roses.Made/Created
