A share certificate made out to J. B. Stauffer for ten shares. The certificate is decorated with an orange border. The top centre of the certificate displays a grey illustration of a field with multiple oil rigs and hills in the background. On both the left and right sides of the border, there are long ovals with grey illustrations; the left is an oil gusher, and the right is an oil derrick. The bottom left corner of the certificate displays an orange, decorated, circular blank space. The back of the certificate is laid out in a trifold like a brochure. The left section displays orange cursive text, two handwritten signatures and a faded blue ink stamp. The middle section displays orange, black and white text and has orange decorations. The right section shows a blank background with a faded blue ink stamp and a signature. Material: Medium-weight paper stock, beige with orange and black print and handwritten black ink.
