A safety cutter branded to Reed Tool Company. The Cutter is rectangular shaped of red plastic with a cut in moulded into the plastic. The plastic has been moulded to be able to have paper easily slide through the cutter. the plastic comes to a point to slide easily. In the crook of the plastic is an exacto knife-style blade where paper or material is cut and the user's hand is protected. The Bacl of the Cutter has a raised rectangle outline in plastic where a company may choose to put a sticker. The center of the rectangle has an insert with a raised piece of clear plastic, that slants up before flattening out. The plastic was placed onto the logo this cutter was made for. The Logo consists of the word "REED" in large red text and the text "TOOL COMPANY" in black text underneath. To the left id the logo of an 8-pointed star outlined in black with a red 'R'.
