Photograph in black and whiter, gloss finish.
Photograph Description: A group of women comprised of the Redwater Oil Wives and townspeople, all dressed in costume attire for a 'hobo party'. Group is arranged in four rows, with the front seated on the floor, the second seated on chairs, the third standing, and the fourth standing elevated (or chairs or benches, unclear). The setting is a theatre hall, with hardwood floors, wood panelling on the lower portion of the back wall, and line-art paintings on some of the white upper portion of the wall. The painting to the right is of a caricature of a woman with loose curls, holding a pail, and a hand raised to her mouth to indicate calling out. To the left of the woman is the text (women's words) "HEY PAW! THIS COW [BLOCKED] REDWATER [BLOCKED] [..]STEAD [BLOCKED] [..]LK". In the background of the painting is a cow to the left and a farmhouse to the right. In the middle of the wall is an EXIT sign. to the left are another painting, a sign, and a calendar hanging on the wall. The painting is of a tall woman in a gown and hair up with a shorter man in a suit and bowtie with a rounded hat (likely a head hat). The sign is in a long rectangular shape and has the cursive text "Player's Please always", with the illustrated head of a man smoking on the left and an illustration of a man smoking on the right of the text. The tall-format calendar has an image of a lady leaning against a tree at the top, and a month-format calendar below.
At the bottom of the front side is written in cursive (blue ballpoint) "Redwater - Oil & townspeople"
The back shows signs of being adhered to another sheet, leaving purple residue and some torn/missing sections. There are also squares of double-sided tape on each corner. A child had drawn on the lower section of the back. Some handwritten text (pencil) can be seen in the upper-left, but much has been lost due to the aforementioned tearing. Visible is the handwritten text "Hobo party", referring to the occasion for the costume the subjects of the photograph are wearing. The other visible text is unclear. In the top-right is also the number "3:1" circled (blue ballpoint).
Individuals: Unknown.

Two spots of orange/brown soiling/stains on the front surface. On to the to lower-left edge looks to be a liquid droplet, while the one in the mid-bottom is centred on a point of strongest staining with lighter staining radiating outward. Looks like it may be foxing.
The back of the photograph has various stains and adhesive residues. In each corner are squares of double-sided tape. On the left side are large patches of purple, with some tearing of the top layer of the paper stock at the top and patches of black card fibres at the bottom including a single black and gold photo corner still attaches to the bottom-left corner. Across the back are also various patches of yellow stains.
The back has also been drawn on by a child with a pencil (black/grey).
Some fingerprints and residue on the front surface.Surface
Significant crackling on the front surface along the right and left edges (vertical).
