A medium-sized photographic print, with a white border. The image is of TWO ladies, one seated at a small square table facing the camera, and one seated on a red-orange couch looking to the left-of-frame. The ladies in the image are Marie Anne White (Hospitality) and Carol Rugg (Calgary ADDC member). Description: Two ladies seated in what appears to be a hotel room. The central lady is dressed in a lacy short-sleeve blouse, holding a tea/coffee cup, and seated at a small square table with a pale-yellow tablecloth. On the table are a coffee/tea decanter, a bottle of ketchup, two brown glass cups, two tea/coffee cups and saucers, a plat-yellow cloth napkin, and some food plates. Behind and to the right of the image is a second lady, seated on a red-orange couch with white/cream edging. The lady is dressed in a short-sleeve cream dress, with white/cream mary-jane heeled shows. She is holding a cigarette. In the centre background is a small round coffee table, a second red-orange couch, and a framed piece of artwork on the wall above the couch. To the left-of-frame is a balcony with open sheer curtains, tan and red flower-patterned drapes and a wire chair visible on the balcony. The walls are white/cream and the floor is red carpet. Accompanying the photograph (via proximity on the scrapbook page and context) is a white adhesive label with the typewritten text "Region VII Meeting, Calagry; Marie Anne White, Hospitality; Carol Rugg, Calgary member".
