A promotional pamphlet for Calgary, produced by the Calgary Tourist & Convention Association.
Description: An 8-panel pamphlet promoting Calgary to visitors, with full colour photographs, a short history of Calgary, attraction, facilities, accommodation, and average temperatures. When folded, the front and back covers are identical (black background, with red san serif text "CALGARY" at the top; white san serif text "Canada's Adventure Centre" below; an illustrated Canadian flag to the centre-right) with the only variation being the photograph included (Front: rancher with horse; Back: man in feathered headdress and traditional clothing).
Format: Half-fold with Quarter-fold.
Material: Medium-weight paper stock, Colour-print, Gloss.
This item originally (in it's scrapbooked form) was stored folded within the cropped manila envelope address to Miss Lillias M. Ferguson (2004.2.273). Associated with Lillias Ferguson's travels during the 1972, while a member of the Association of Desk and Derrick Clubs, Region VII.
