Description: A crowd of heads (approximately eleven visible) facing away from the camera, towards two women standing at a podium. The woman to the left is unidentified, and the woman to the right is Frances Hidell (ADDC President, San Antonio, Texas; dressed in a light blue sleeveless dress and pink floral corsage). Seated behind the standing women are a line of approximately six visible women facing towards the audience. Behind them is a wall with three visible windows adorned with white curtains and heavy red drapes. The wall has a wall sconce and gold detailing. On the wall is also a large black and yellow banner reading "ASSOCIATION OF DESK AND DERRICK CLUBS OF NORTH AMERICA".
