Description: Standing behind a microphone stand is Julia Berrill (ADDC Calgary member, dressed in white 3/4 sleeve cardigan and white top/dress, with a black necklace and white corsage) She is looking to the right-of-frame, laughing, and holding a document in her hands. To the left-of-frame is an UNIDENTIFIED lady in pale pink holding something in her hands. To the right-of-frame is a large Canadian flag. Behind them is a wood panel wall.
On the reverse is written "9" in black marker, top-left corner. In the bottom-left corner is written "4-8; Lillias" in red ballpoint.
