A medium-sized photographic print, with a white border. The image is of FIVE ladies seated behind a round table. The ladies are Donna Barrett, Margery Gearhart, Vernail MacLeod, Toni Welch, and Pauline Gordon. Description: The five ladies are seated behind a round table, posing for the camera. From left to right: Donna Barrett seated on the window ledge, wearing a pink and white gingham dress; Margery Gearhart seated on the window ledge, wearing a black and white sleeveless, tie-front dress with a white/red hat ribbon/corsage (similar to 2004.2.206) and holding a tea/coffee cup; Vernail MacLeod seated on the window ledge, dressed in an open black vest over a long-sleeve white collared blouse/dress; Toni Welch seated in a maroon chair in from of MacLeod, wearing an orange sleeveless dress, holding a flower in from of her face, and waving at the camera; and Pauline Gordon seated in a maroon chair, dressed in a yellow sleeveless top/dress with a white/red hat ribbon/corsage (similar to 2004.2.206). In front of them is a round table, on which are tea/coffee cups and sauces, two bottles of Crush soda, a bottle of 7-Up, a can of tomato juice, and various other items. Above the table is hanging what appears to be a lace dress or other fabric. To the left of the image is a large window, and to the right is a wood-panelled wall. Accompanying the photograph (via proximity on the scrapbook page and context) is a white adhesive label with the typewritten text "Region VII Meeting, Calgary; l to r:; President Donna Barrett; Margery Gearhart, Black Gold; Vernail MacLeod, Public Relation; Toni Welch, 2nd Vice President; Pauline Gordon, Field Trips".
