The cover has an illustration of an owl in yellow, red, and black. the inside has a simple pre-printed invitation form, filled in with green ballpoint pen. The back cover has the maker's mark and a blue ink stamp reading "AUG 17 1972". Format: Bi-Fold Material: Medium-weight card stock, white with black/yellow/red/brown print (cover) and black print with handwritten green ballpoint (interior).
