The bottom left corner of the certificate displays a red starburst embossment. The back of the certificate is laid out in a trifold like a brochure. The left section displays brown cursive text, three handwritten signatures and a faded blue ink stamp. The middle section displays brown and white text and has brown decorations with faded blue stamps. The right section is blank and has nothing on it. The certificate has significant red stains, particularly surrounding the embossment and the top centre. Material: Medium-weight paper stock, beige with black-print and handwritten black ink.
