Rectangular belt buckle with indented corners, branded to Blain Well Service Ltd.
Features: A rectangular with indented corners, cast metal (likely brass) belt buckle, finished in an antique bronze. It is lightly curved.
Front Design: A 3mm block border around the edge of the buckle, with a smooth surface on the inside. Inside that is a raised block rectangle that contains an indented illustration of a service rig on the bottom left, as well as indented block text that reads "DEVON ALBERTA" at the bottom right. In the top right there is an indented rectangle, partially cut off by the service rig illustration, that is grainy textured, and contains block text that reads "Blain Well Service Ltd."
Back Elements: The back has a dappled texture with a straight angled hook and an irregular hexagon hinge attached at one point. The base of the hook is patterned like four leaves, and the base of the hinge is ornate.

On the back of the buckle there is a clear sticky substance, mostly located in the upper right side, but small patches can be found in the upper left, as well as on the top of the buckle.
Yellow adhesive residue can be found in a rectangular patch on the back, by the accession number.Surface

There are three small dents on the front of the buckle, on the outside edge of the border in the bottom right side. The dents have caused some lifting of the finish, and the silvery metal underneath is visible.Structure
