Description

A medium-sized photographic print, with a white border. The image is of FOUR women seated at a banquet table, with one standing behind a podium. Description: The three of the women are seated at a banquet table, facing away from the camera towards the fourth lady who is standing behind a podium facing to the left-of-frame. From left-to-right: standing behind the podium is an unidentified lady (possible Many Smith, Nancy King, or Erma Kerr) dressed in a white frilly, long-sleeved dress; Frances Hidell (ADDC President, San Antonio, Texas) dressed in a light blue sleeveless dress and pink floral corsage; an unidentified lady in a White and black patterned long-sleeved top/dress and yellow floral corsage; and an unidentified lady in a white and blue 'metal-hatch' patterned long-sleeved blouse and a name tag. The table has a white tablecloth and yellow table skirt, with assorted items on top, including a pink and green piñata, basket of bread rolls, a white water jug, and a green water jug. Behind is a wall with gold-coloured plaster decorative bands, and five windows with closed white curtains and red drapes, as well as wall sconces. The reverse of the print features a red Kodak branded stamp, and handwritten text in blue ballpoint reading: "L-R; Jean Wieneke, Oklahoma City; Region VI Director; L.M.F; Mildred Brennan, Los Angeles; (Denver) Region VIII Director". Format: Square, colour, with white border.
