A small flat plastic bag, branded to Signal Oil and Gas Company, and with a top flap containing a circular hole. On one side (Side A) are two rectangular sections. The top section takes up roughly 2/3 of the space, and within are three sub-section. The topmost is a narrow top bar with "Keeping America Clean" in red and black and a stadium shape. The middle sub-section is a large rectangle of green with a white silhouette of America made of flower, and with four points marked as "REGAL", "HANCOCK", "HANCOCK", and "SUPER-TEST". The bottom sub-section contains a stadium shape with the red and black text "Is Our Bag". The bottom 1/3 section is filled with white and the text "HANCOCK - REGAL - SUPER-TEST; WITH A FINE FAMILY OF PRODUCTS TO SERVE YOUT AUTOMOTIVE NEEDS", the Signal logo of a red and a green circle half, and the text "SIGNAL OIL AND GAS COMPANY".
On Side B is a large black-bordered square with a large version of the Signal logo and the large print "SIGNAL" at the bottom.
This item originally (in it's scrapbooked form) contained a collection of tourist print items related to San Diego (accessioned items 2004.2.158 through 2004.2.167). Associated with Lillias Ferguson's travels during the 1971 Association of Desk and Derrick Clubs of North America's 20th Annual Convention in San Diego.
