Description

An item of paper craft, handmade from multiple pieces of coloured card and glued together. The item is in the shape of a Native American female caricature as seen from the back, and features black, green, and pink coloured card with black print on some, including the typewritten text "Desk and Derrick" on a strip of pink card along the bottom of the dress. Format: Multiple laminated sheets of printed and cut card. Material: Medium-weight card stock, black, pink, and green, with black print. This item is associated with Lillias Ferguson's attendance and position as Region VII Director at the 1972 Association of Desk and Derrick Clubs of North America's Twenty-First Annual Convention (Tulsa, Oklahoma), 7-9 September 1972. Part of a collection of objects scrapbooked in 1972 by Lillias Ferguson (2004.2.1).
