A letter from Maxine Ballenger (ADDC President, Region VIII Hostess Club). It contains and invitation to attend a Continental Breakfast in honor of the 1973 Region VIII Director, Judith Johnson. Held in the French Room of the Fairmont Mayo Hotel, 8 September 1972. The letter is typewritten on Desk and Derrick Club of Los Angeles letterhead paper, and is a photocopy. Format: Single, tri-folded Material: Medium-weight paper stock, white with black print, photocopied.
