Description

A Lapel Pin made for Shell Canada Pin is a rectangular shape made of a gold coloured metal. The design consists of a sky blue enamel top half to make a sky and a black enamel bottom half for the ground or oil underground. The left of the blue rectangle is a oil derrick in the gold metal with a line going down and to the right. This represents a drill and horizontal drilling. to the top right of the oil derrick is a red and yellow shell logo. The text underneath the logo says FIRST HORIZONTAL WELL" showing that this is another commemorative pin for a Shell Canada milestone event. Old Description(Kelsey Steil, 6/1/2022) :Lapel pin. Rectangle with black and blue enamel bars. Shell logo top left. Gold illustration of an oil derrick with drill stem leading down and then to a right angle. Gold text reads: First Horizontal Well.
