The bottom left corner of the certificate displays blank space with a circular embossment. The back of the certificate is laid out in a trifold like a brochure. Each section is bordered with blue decoration. The left section displays blue text, two handwritten signatures and a faded blue ink stamp. The middle section displays blue and white text. The right section shows a patterned blue background with a blue ink stamp and signature on top of it. The certificate has lines of red stain across the middle.
