A mini tape Measure branded to Nabors Drilling out of Calgary Alberta Tape Measure Body: A rectangular prism consisting of 4 flat rectangular sides that round off to connect and two rounded square faces. These faces are labelled as 1 and 2 in attached photos. The main body of the measure is an unknown metal that makes up the entirety of the main structure. The metal is flat and mirrored on the outer rectangle sides and appears to have a patterned texture on the square faces made to hold a sticker for the contracted company. The bordered edge of the square face is slightly raised to work in combination with the sticker for a flat surface. The inner portion of the square faces consist of a white enamel sticker placed inside the borders of the main face body. The sticker Consists of a blue bordered rounded rectangle contain the text "Nabors Drilling" in large italicized sans serif text. Just under in the rectangle is the italicized text "A NABORS INDUSTRIES Company". To the left of the text is a circular logo consisting of a blue circle cut in 6 sections with the left 3 section bent like pipes and the right 3 section staying straight. Under the blue rectangle is the text: Nabors Drilling Limited 1100 Canada Trust Building 505-3rd Street, S.W. T2P 3E6 Pone Number - 403-263-6610 Fax Number - 403-264-7390 This description is the same for both square faces. Box: Box is original to the maker of the tape measure, branded to Barlow. Box is a thin cardboard and open on both sides to make flat. The box is a metallic dull silver as the main colour and has three stripes parallel to each other running the whole way round the box on the bottom half. The top strip is thin and red the black stripe is thick, roughly a 1 cm wide and the bottom is also a thin red stripe. All the stripes are separated by the same muted metallic silver. The text "BARLOW' is inside the black stripe on either square face, running the same directions as the stripes. Inside of the box is white. Tape: Tape measure is to an unknown distance due to the possibility of getting stuck. Tape is white, with measurement and number in black. The top of the measure is in metric and the bottom is in imperial. The measure is held in place by an L-shaped metal tap in the same metal as the outside of the main body. Warranty Paper: Paper is the Lifetime Guarantee paper for the tape measure. Paper is folded into 4 square and unfold into a rectangle. Paper will be described by Side A or B with distinction of which of the 4 square from left to right is being described. Side A. The first 2 squares of side A consist of a lifetime guarantee statement inside of a rectangle. The outside of the rectangle is a decorative border in gray ink. In side the rectangle is the text : Lifetime Guarantee "This BARLOW product has been thoroughly inspected and is unconditionally against mechanical failure. Should it prove defective from any cause other than wilful misuse or guaranteed damage, return it with $2.00 for handling to the address on back for immediate repair or replacement. The finish is not guaranteed." Outside off the rectangular border on the bottom right is the text "Printed in Hong Kong". Square 3 of Side A is additional text saying:"For information on BARLOW products, write to address below. For service under guarantee, return item and enclose $2.00 for handling charge BARLOW SERVICE CENTER Box 647IIS Los Angeles, CA 90064 Sold only through Advertising Speciality Distributors." Square 4 consists of a square with the same decorative outer border Containing the text Barlow Lifetime Guarantee. Side B consist of a advertisement of other possibilities for branded products made by Barlow. A gray rectangle runs the length of the paper showing that they make Key holders, Money CLIPS pocket takes and pocket knives.
