A medium-sized square photographic print, with a white border. The image is of the SIX women from the Winnipeg arm of the Association of Desk and Derrick Clubs. The women are seated at a table for an event meal.
Description: Seated at dining table are six ladies, three on each side. The nearest two ladies are turned in their seats to look at the camera. The four of the image's occupants are noted as Geraldine Snead, Dorothy Whitely, Evelyn Doolan, and Marj Reed. The table is covered in a white tablecloth, one which are items including wine glasses, tea/coffee mugs, menus/other paper items, and a red box on the corner of the table. In the background is another table of six people and a green door/wall. The ground is carpeted in red-broen, and a white handbag is visible on the floor.
On the reverse is written "14" in black marker in the top-left corner. In the bottom-left corner is written "4-13; Lillias" in red ballpoint.

Taken during a 1972 Association of Desk and Derrick Clubs of North America meeting, likely the Region VII annual meeting in Calgary (26-28 May 1972).
