A medium-sized photographic print, with a white border. The image is of FOUR women seated at a high panel table. Description: Four ladies are seated at a long, panel table on a stage, covered in a white tablecloth with a Desk and Derrick branded black and gold banner on the front. On the table are pink place cards, small white vases with small pink/white flowers, baskets of bread rolls, and other items. To the left of the frame at the end of the table is a wooden podium. Behind the table is a wood panel wall on which is a large, pink, pentagonal flower banner, reading "AN ALBERTA ADVENTURE". In the bottom-left corner is the back of an audience member. Taken during a 1972 Association of Desk and Derrick Clubs of North America meeting, likely the Region VII annual meeting in Calgary (26-28 May 1972). Format: Portrait, colour, with white border.
