Description

A large-sized photographic print, with a white border. The image is of SIX women, seated and mid-conversation. Description: Shows six women seated in conference chairs, facing each other mid-conversation(s). From left-to-right: Lillias Ferguson (ADDC Region VII Director, Edmonton) facing right-of-frame, speaking to the last to the right of her, dressed in a matching light-coloured circle-design patterned dress and jacket combination, and a name badge with "ADDC OFFICER" ribbon; an unidentified lady (she appears to be a Delegate from Calgary) facing left-of-frame towards Ferguson, dressed in a black with white square-patterned and white collar dress, and a name tag with "ADDC DELEGATE" ribbon; an unidentified lady facing to the right-of-frame towards her neighbour, dressed in a light patterned matching blazer and dress with black buttons, with a name tag with "ADDC DELEGATE" ribbon and two document filed on her lap with a pen in hand; an unknown lady facing away from the camera to the left-of-frame, dressed in a white and light-coloured horizontal striped short-sleeved top/dress and a name tag with "ADDC DELEGATE" ribbon, and holding a white handbag resting on a file folder on her lap; and unidentified lady facing left-of-frame, mostly out of view behind the previous lady; and an unidentified lady (possibly from Chicago), facing left-of-frame, dressed in a white knit sweater and name tag with "ADDC DELEGATE" ribbon, and she is looking down at documents in a manila envelope while a black handbag rests on her lap. Two empty seats are visible in front of the group, to the right-of-frame is a window with drawn white curtains and open heavy dark drapes, and on the wall to the left are decorative painted plaster bands. The reverse of the print is handwritten in pencil the numbers "95". Format: Landscape, black and white, with white border. Print Finish: Gloss Taken during the 1972 Twenty-First Annual Convention of the Association of Desk and Derrick Clubs of North America, in Tulsa, Oklahoma (7-9 September 1972).
