Metal belt buckle, branded to Brooks Field Service.
Features: Rounded rectangular cast metal belt buckle, finished in antique-silver, bearing the image of a rig and a bird. Branded to Brooks Field Service.
Front Design: A rectangular belt buckle with rounded sides. Double border both measuring 1.5mm in width. The background is a raised dot texture. In the center of the buckle is a rounded triangular shape that is a smooth texture. Overlaying the triangle are the following elements: to the right is a raised image of an oil rig, to the bottom left is the raised image of a pheasant in flight, in the top center is cursive text reading "Brooks", and in the very center is type-writer style block text that reads "FIELD SERVICE".
Back Elements: The back has a dappled texture with a curved hook and an irregular hexagon hinge attached at one point. The hinge is bronze in color and the point of attachment is a brass color.

Light to medium scratching on the front surface, particularly on the raised elements. Notably, there is a deep groove across the middle of the "B" and a short scratch under the "r" and following the "s" in "Brooks".
Back: The hinge's black paint or polish or patina is lmostly chipped away to reveal the bronze color underneath.Materials
There are two dents along the bottom edge of the rounded triangle design on the front of the buckle. the dents appear on either side of the bottom "point".Mechanism
