Front Design: An oval belt buckle, with a 3mm border around the edge. The recessed interior surface has a scattered hash texture. Centred on the buckle is large bold text "Champion" Below that text is slight smaller text "NORTHWESTERN", Below is large bold text " Chemicals Ltd." To the right of the buckle is a half circle with 3 engraved triangles.
Back Elements: The back has a hash diagonal texture, with an elongated hexagonal-shaped hinge attached at two points and a thin curved hook. Beside the hinge is the small makers mark of two small rectangles with text inside them. Inside the top rectangle is the text "CENTURY" and inside the other rectangle is "CANADA".

Front: Front is good condition, starting to show age and discolouration. The bright bronze colour is turning black mostly around the text and towards the right of the buckle.
Back: The back of the buckle has a white residue along the left side and along the right side on the inside of the hook. Adhesive residue along the hinge.Mechanism
