Oval belt buckle, branded to CANMAR
Features: An oval, cast metal (likely brass or pewter) belt buckle, finished in antique-bronze colour. The buckle is lightly curved.
Front Design: A 3-4mm smooth raised border around the edge of the buckle. In the centre an image of a raised Maple leaf with an engraved derrick in the centre of the maple leaf centre to the belt buckle. Above the design is bold text reading "CANMAR". The background of the base is slightly darker than the art elements and has a smooth texture.
Back Elements: The back is a smooth texture with no designs or logos on the back. The hook is rounded and curved, and the hinge is an elongated trapezoid connected to the buckle at one point.

Front: Buckle has overall scratches and slight wearing. Small dents and scratches around border and along edging.
Back: Edges around buckle are dented. Noticeable dent on right edge . Hooke is worn heavily and partially chipped. Hinge is slightly twisted and doesn't rest flat on buckle. Hinge attachment point is scratched and dented. small bits of adhesive residue at top of buckle.Mechanism
