The branding is printed in the top-left corner of the front, with the location's address printed on the envelope flap on the reverse. In the centre of the front, in blue ballpoint is written "Lillias", and in the top-right of the front is written "Feb. 3, 1972 - [??]" in blue ballpoint.
Material: Medium-weight paper stock, white with black and red print, and blue ballpoint.
