A cropped square or medium-sized photographic print, with a white border. The image is of TWO women exchanging a wrapped gift (second women cropped out).
Description: A scene of Lillias Ferguson (ADDC Region VII Director, Edmonton; dressed in a matching pale-yellow circle-design patterned dress and jacket combination) mostly cropped out of frame, and Elizabeth Pickard (ADDC 1973 Region VII Director, Denver; dressed in a short-sleeved white dress, with blue and white floral corsage, and name tag) exchanging a large wrapped gift (pink and blue stripped) with a blue ribbon on top. Mildred Brennan (ADDC Region VIII Director; dressed in a yellow flower and blue striped dress with a white cardigan over top) can also be partially seen, mostly hidden by Lillias' arm and the gift. Behind them is a white wall.

Taken during the 1972 Twenty-First Annual Convention of the Association of Desk and Derrick Clubs of North America, in Tulsa, Oklahoma (7-9 September 1972). A piece of the wrapping paper shown in the photograph has been preserved as part of the scrapbook, and can be found in the collection (2004.2.300).
