A commemorative plate for the 50th anniversary of Leduc #1. The plate is black ceramic with gold details and a coloured image. The image is circular, covering the base of the plate and displays a picture of the museum with Leduc #1. A thick gold band surrounds the image and displays gold text at the top reading, "LEDUC #1", and gold text at the bottom, "1947-97". Two lines, one thick line on the outside and a thin line placed on the inside, outline the lip of the plate. The back of the plate contains a small black sticker. It is a rounded rectangular shape with gold text reading, "Personalized Memories By / Cleo's Treasures / Box 3812 / Leduc, AB T9E 6M7 / (Res) 403-986-5362".
