Description

Square metal belt buckle, branded to Comanche Features: Square, cast metal belt buckle, branded to Comanche, finished in an antique-bronze. Front Design: A square belt buckle with a 2-1-2mm border. Inside the border is a slightly recessed interior with engraved diagonal lines. The centre of the buckle is carved out to design an arrow pointing towards the left. The background of the arrow is flat smooth texture painted brown. In the centre of the arrow is large raised bold text "COMANCHE". Back Elements: The back of the buckle has a smooth flat surface with a stationary rectangle shaped hinge attached at two points. On the other side the buckle is a thin curved hook. In the centre of the buckle is a slightly engraved circle. Inside the circle is text written in the shape of a circle "ANACORTES BRASS WORKS LTD. 9822". written inside the text in lines is engraved text " 1982 SOLID BRASS HAND MADE IN ANACORTES WASHINGTON U.S.A.". Surface

Front: The front of the buckle is discoloured and faded. Small scratched along brown background. Little bits of white residue in between the letters and diagonal lines. Back: Back is very discoloured and scratched. Major scratches along the bottom of the belt buckle going vertical and two horizontal scratches going from the hinge attachment points to the other side of the belt buckle.
