A medium-sized photographic print, with a white border. The image is of THREE ladies seated around a circular table, facing to the right of the frame. The ladies in the image are Doreen Mireau (hospitality), Donna Barrett (President), and Nadia Korpus (Director D&D Singers). Description: In order from left to right: A lady in a white sleeveless dress with white belts, sunglasses, a gold ribbon, bracelets, and holding a cigarette; a lady in a white and pink gingham long-sleeve dress; and a lady in a blue long-sleeves top/dress with dark patterned bands done the front and around upper arms. The ladies are seated in maroon chairs. On the round table in front of them are three juice glasses, a juice decanter, four tea/coffee cups and sauces, and other assorted items. Behind the ladies is a dark wood console with a table lamp and assorted paper items, and wood-panelled walls (dark-wood raised/overlay panel wainscoting style). Accompanying the photograph (via proximity on the scrapbook page and context) is a white adhesive label with the typewritten text "Region VII Meeting, Calagry; Doreen Mireau, Hospitality; President Donna Barrett; Nadia Korpus, Director D&D Singers".
