A bi-fold menu and program for the performance of "Chautauqua Enterprise" presented by the Desk and Derrick Club of Tulsa (8 September 1972); held as part of the Association of Desk and Derrick Clubs Convention, 7-9 September 1972. On the front cover is an illustration of a stage performance in an 'old west' scene with the text "Dr. Fud's Elixer; Chautauqua!". On the inside is printed the programme for the performance.
