A share certificate made out to Hector M. Chisholm & Co. for two hundred shares. The certificate is decorated with a thick orange border. The top centre of the certificate displays a black and grey illustration of a hillside with multiple oil rigs scattered in the distance. The bottom of the certificate displays blank space in the shape of a circle, and it appears that it has been embossed. The back of the certificate is in portrait format and displays black ink in a cursive font meant for the signer to fill in the blanks. Illegible cursive handwriting appears at the top and a signature reading, "S McKenna" at the bottom of the page. Black ink printed in a bold serif font is placed vertically and to the right of the page. Two stamps in blue ink are placed at the top and bottom right (askew).
